HRO Personnel is a Human Resources service provider operating under numer 6696. We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Client's behalf for a person in the following role:

Securities Operations Officer

Obowiązki:

  • Timely verification of unmatched trades and settlement instructions,
  • Timely reconciliation of several types of stock trades related accounts,
  • Trade confirmations control,
  • Corporate actions verification and execution,
  • Inter-bank investigations, SWIFT messages handling,
  • Work in multi-system environment,
  • Any other tasks delegated by Manager.

Wymagania:

  • 1 year experience in banking back-office/financial shared service is a must, Higher education preferable in Finance/Accounting/Securities Business, Good knowledge of English, German language knowledge would be an advantage,
  • Good command of MS Office,
  • Analytical skills, with ability to multi-task and manage several applications,
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills,
  • Ability to continuously provide high quality of service and to achieve customer satisfaction,
  • Ability to work in a team,
  • Ability to work under time pressure.
