Administrative Assistant

Obowiązki:

  • Handling receptionist duties
  • Efficient management of internal and external correspondence
  • Taking care of logistics for meetings
  • Supporting onboarding process
  • Coordinating company events
  • Ordering supplies and contacting with vendors
  • Contact person for travel agency / managing travel arrangements platform
  • Supporting Facilities Manager mainly in preparation and control of contracts
  • Cooperation with the landlord and cleaning service
  • Cooperation with Finance department in regard to invoice processing

  • Qualifications: Essential: English B1/B2
  • skilled in MS Office (m.in. Excel, Power Point, Word)
